Brooks Barton is the former Executive Operations Director
for a national senior care facility in South Carolina.  He is a
licensed Long Term Care Administrator for South Carolina and
has spoken to several organizations throughout the state
regarding the myriad issues involving geriatric care and
placement.  Previously, he worked as a sales and marketing
trainer for a national health care company.  In this capacity, he
taught sales professionals communication and organizational
methods to increase productivity.  He earned a B.S. in
Psychology from the University of South Carolina and an M.A.
in Human Behavior and Conflict Management from Columbia
College.  Brooks also earned certificates in both Civil and
Family Mediation from the South Carolina Council for Conflict
Resolution.  He combines his unique perspective in the fields
of geriatric care, civil and family matters, and business with his
facilitation and training skills.       

 

 

 

Donna Roberson has an extensive background in training and communication. Her professional background includes corporate training and facilitation, course development, communications, and loyalty advocacy. She has worked with a number of organizations such as Prentice Hall, BellSouth,Lucent Technologies, Equifax, and Holiday Inn Corporate. She earned a B.A. in English with a Writing Emphasis and an M.A. in Human Behavior and Conflict Management from Columbia College. She earned a certificate in Civil Mediation from the South Carolina Council for Conflict Resolution and is a certified Training Generalist through Langevin Learning Services. Her goal at PCMS is to feed her passion for the conflict management field, to assist others in finding peaceful and collaborative solutions, and to share her knowledge about human behavior and conflict resolution.
